The purpose of the Group is to expand and leverage the financial and political capital of companies and investors to support secure land rights in the developing world. The Interlaken Group is co‐chaired by RRI and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and has rapidly become the leading “precompetitive” mechanism to leverage private sector action to support secure land rights in the developing world. RRI’s growing private sector engagement portfolio consists of a suite of activities spanning Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia.
